Yes you can load the 37 the same way as shown in the video.
The switch to a left hand safety can be done rather easily as well.

Dakota, between the stalker and the hunter, I would buy the hunter. I am a fan of blued/walnut guns, especially browning. They still do a great job on their finish. I don't hunt water fowl, though. If I did, I would get a stalker.
