Anyone know where I can find a new Buckmark, probably Camper, reasonably priced??? None to be found by me in N.J. Appreciate any help you can give.

I have a stainless camper 5" bull barrell has only about 300 rounds through it. I bought it over the winter. I may want to sell it also as I would rather have a revolver. Also, you can try Thruway sporting goods in Walden NY.. They may have one also. let me know. Frisco

This won't help much in your neck of the woods, but they are hard to come by out here as well. I've been poking around the various gun shops in my area for the past couple of weeks and have been coming up goose eggs with the exception of one shop, which claims to have four available ... all at about $150 apiece over the going rate (and even higher than the MSRP). When I asked him about his price, by the way, his comment was this: "You know anybody else who's got 'em? You want one or not?" My answer was this: "I'll keep looking."

The trouble is that they seem to be scarce, like everything else that's gun-related these days. One dealer told me that he couldn't get any, period. Another told me that it would take at least two months, maybe longer, and that he'd have to be lucky to meet even that deadline. I guess that everyone must think that the Buck Mark is a scarce commodity or a national treasure these days ... just like ammo.

Give Linda a call at James Wayne Firearms in Victoria, TX. 351-578-3559 I just bought the NRA Buck Mark from them on Gun Broker. I don't see why they wouldn't sell straight to you. Mine was $405.00 shipped which I thought was fair considering the engraving, Tru-glo sight and laminated grips. They had several and may have more or maybe another version. I sent a MO via priority on the 23rd and it was shipped on the 26th. That sounds like same day or at least next day shipping. Great lady.
