Been a few Ciener threads lately. Probably due to ammo scarcity and price gouging. So who has a .22 conversion for their High Power and from where? As far as I know, only Ciener makes one. I hear that he's difficult to deal with. Would like one, not sure if it's worth the headache to get one.

Would like input from High Power owners. I do not have a 1911, don't need to hear about those.

Have a couple of Browning High Power Conversions, a Pachmyer Peter Stahls unit and a Jonathan Ciener unit. Of the two I like the Ciener the best. They came as a standard model and the upgraded "plus" version. The "Plus" version has adjustable rear sight and a Gold Cup style sight rib. Very well made, reliable, and reasonably priced. Had mine for nearly 12 years. While I didn't have any problems dealing with the manufacturer, Ciener seems to lack customer skills with others.

The magazines are easy to disassemble and clean, can be modified to accept more than 10 rounds. Found the Ciener to be quite accurate and worked well on three different BHP frames, no problems.

Just for comparison, this is a Peters Stahls unit, once imported by Pachmyer. All steel construction, came with its own box and one magazine. Extremely hard to find and costly. Don't have a reputation for being quite as reliable as the Ciener conversion kit.
