Bryco loses long running court case - does this set bad legal precedent for gun manf?

Looks like Richardson exercised his superior knowledge and expertise when he informed her of her need to take it to his gun business place.

I wonder, since I do not have access to the manual for that gun, does it say anything about keeping the gun pointed in a safe direction at all times or espouse any other safe gun handling practices like handling it like it is loaded whether it is or not? If the manual that comes with the gun has any of that information, Hardware has responsibility in this matter as well - expert or not.

Woody, you're too late (and a dollar short). Your opinions are, as is often the case, meaningless. The trial is over, and the jury rendered a verdict. Unless the court of appeals decides otherwise, if they even get asked, Richardson owes Hardware a bunch of money.
