Should I buy this CZ-83?

My shooting buddy bought a new CZ-83 .380 six months ago and just never fell in love with the gun. He's offering it to me for $270, maybe I can talk him down a bit. It's never given him any problem in the 300 or so rounds put through it.

The dilemma is I don't *need* a CZ-83, but I like CZ's in general and I like the gun. It's enjoyable to shoot and super accurate with a great trigger.

I tend to want every gun in my collection to serve a purpose, and I can't think of a purpose for the CZ-83. It's bulky for it's caliber, hard to find holsters for, ammo isn't the cheapest...

Go for it

For $270 it's a good deal. I paid $60 more for mine new. The CZ 83 is a fun shooter. I had a Bersa .380, then I bought the CZ. Got rid of the Bersa. The CZ is a much more enjoyable gun, more accurate, just as easy to take down, holds more ammo, feels good in the hand. IMHO
