As stock is sold, it is replaced. If it costs more to replace it, they raise the price. (It costs them more, so it costs you more.) They could be like gas stations and raise the price of the fuel already in stock, but instead they sell it at the old price and raise the price when they replenish their stock.
Kudos to Bud's for keeping their prices as low as possible.
