Bud's Pre-Owned Guns

I really like doing business with Bud's as they are easy to deal with and I think they have really good prices on new guns. I purchased a pre-owned gun from them the other day and paid the rack rate they had for it which I thought was a bit high but I really wanted it. I was also looking at another gun actually hoping someone else would purchase it because the temptation was killing me. It did sell and when I looked at the last price it was for $30-$40 dollars less than the original price.

Has anyone ever called Bud's up and made an offer a little lower than the list price on one of their used guns? I like these guys way too much to ever throw out a lowball offer but I was just curious after seeing that price change on the gun I was watching.

Nope, havent done it before. I just bought my first gun from them too, one of the mossberg 22lr fake AR15s.

Buds is the best. Everybody else is chasing them. You bet you can offer them anything you like. Their used guns are in great shape. You will be happy.

I am lucky enough that I do not need to call, I just walk in to their retail store in Lexington KY. I see that their web guns now have "free" shipping, just another way of saying shipping included. Shipping! We don't need no stinking shipping! I usually offer 15% less than asking and they usually take it for cash / check / debit. What is the worst that could happen... they could say no. I do really like doing business with these folks, and about 3 other shops in Lexington.

What's funny is their Gunbroker sales are $25 less and don't have free shipping. Guess how much shipping is? $25.

Buds prices are always lower in the store, and I have successfully negotiated a lower price on a used gun there, in person.
