And, while I'm asking, is it safe for a Hi-Point JHP? (wouldn't fit in the title).

I'm not looking to shoot the stuff all the time because it's pricey but do you think it's safe to shoot a few hundred rounds through any of the firearms I listed? If not, then what about the "seemingly" tamer Double Tap ammo here: Tamer Double Tap Ammo

My buddy has his 4595ts next to his bed as a HD rifle. His is loaded with the magtech 230gr +p jhp load. We shot 60 rounds of that ammo last weekend to zero his red dot and function test two new mags. The 4595 suffered no ill effects of that +p ammo. I'm 90% sure that all hipoints are rated for +p ammo.
