I'd pay $600 for it easily, assuming of course that it is a NO-BAN model with all the "evil" goodies.
The PG screws on to an slr95. However, the lower tang for buttstock installation is not installed on these rifles. You can have one installed, go without, and use the upper tang only to hold the stock on, or you can install a buttstock designed for the slr95. ACE riflestocks and ironwood designs makes stocks like this.

You need a new gas block, Front sight block, Stock set,pistol grip, and of coarse 922(r) parts to un-ban it.
If you can get one for less than $700 in the original configuration, then you got a pretty good deal. The new Arsenal rifles cannot hold a candle to the SLR-95. The new Arsenal rifles just aren't made as nicely. There is no way I'd sell my SLR-95 for less than $800 in the original thumbhole stock configuration though. I came to this conclusion when comparing the price and the not-as-nice quality of the new Arsenals to the quality of the SLR-95.
The SLR-95 is all made-in-Bulgaria, unlike the modern Arsenal rifles. The action and the trigger are extremely slick. I have an SLR-106 also. Granted, the SLR-106 has a stamped receiver, but the quality is obviously not the same as an SLR-95.

you only need 6 US parts for 922r compliance..
the trigger group is 3
the rest of the furniture as long as it is US, buttstock, pistol grip & foregrip count for 3 more...
throw in a US gas piston and a US muzzle device if you want for good measure

I believe you only need 5 parts on a SLR-95. This site explains it pretty well.

I love my SLR-95, I paid $589+tax for mine a few months ago, but I had to add the pistol grip since it came with the thumbhole stock. It was basically like new when I got it, came with original box, all original accessories and matching manual with quality certificate.
As for 922r compliance, it has enough compliant parts, but since its 100% Bulgarian out of the box I wanted to keep it as original as possible.To keep mine compliant I have the pistol grip (1), buttstock(1) and I keep a US made mag in it(3) so that's five compliant parts. Some people don't like counting the mag as parts because when its out of the gun or if you use a foreign mag then its out of compliance. However to be perfectly honest I'm not one who really cares too much about the whole 922r compliance thingy, I try to keep my guns in compliance but I don't take it very seriously, its just not something I panic over. However this thread is not about how we feel about 922r so I'm not going to stray off into that territory.

Sorry, I'm new to this. I'm in Columbus, OH.
I have an SLR-95, unmodified. 2-40 round banana mags, 1-30 round banana clip, 1-30 round waffle clip and 200 rounds.
To be honest, I'm not even sure what it's worth.

Keep in mind that some of the SLR-95 rifles have the receiver already milled for the lower tang and some don't...
On the ones that do, all you need to do is rivet the lower tang on and plug in the buttstock made for it.
On the ones that dont, the best solution is to construct a wide 'nut' on the inside of the rear receiver and use a stock thru-bolt (similar to the one that Ironwood Designs uses for the milled MAK-90 conversion to regular buttstock).

Some SLR-95's come with US-made fire control groups. Mine did.

I honestly don't know much about mine. I bought it a while back off a guy who was in financial trouble. More for the novelty of having it.
