1/7 twist barrel should stabilize up to about 85-90 grains out of .223/5.56. Anything below
that will be fine. Slightly better accuracy on light bullets with slower twist, but 55 grain will work fine in both barrels.

The load I use in 223 Remington rifles with 1:7, 1:8 and 1:10 twists is Nosler 77 gr. BTHP Match bullets over RL-15 with either CCI or Remington benchrest primers.

I tried a bunch of powders with 55 gr. bullets and the best I found was with BLC(2).

ok thanks it will be a few weeks until i have all the parts i need for this build
i just started to look for bulk bullets and the 55gr are about the best deal
that i can find in bulk buy

In my 1-7 55 grains shoot well, the 62's shoot about the same, 68 and above are very accurate from my testing. I've never shot my AR for groups but it is good enough for plinking and more accurate than I thought a chrome lined barrel would be

LUCKYDAWG13,
Like said above, a 1/7 twist will stabilize bullets much heavier and longer than a 55gr bullet so you will be just fine.

Just a note, your posts are hard to read. CAP's and using punctuation will make your posts more readable.
