I have been using AA#5 for my 9mm loads using 125gr lead CN and Bullseye for my 45acp loads. I like Bullseye really well for my 45 loads and want to try it with my 9mm loads.

Lymans 49 does not have an entry for 125 or 124, only 120gr and Alliants website shows load data for Bullseye but for jacketed data, no entry for lead

Can someone suggest a load for 9mm 125gr lead CN using Bullseye

Start at ~3.8gr and consider 5.0gr the upper limit.
Somewhere between 4.0 and 4.5 will probably give you what you're looking for. Accuracy with adequate function. Don't expect super velocities, but adequate.

I've found that slower burning powders such as Unique, Herco, WSF and Hod. LongShot give better cast bullet accuracy in the 9mm. However, I've shot a lot of Bullseye, too. Unique actually gives excellent performance in the 9mm as pressures are somewhat higher than in the .38spl. or .45acp.

Lymans 120's are 124's or 5's after they are sized & lubed.

They list all bullet weaights 'as cast' before lube is applied filling the grease groves.
It weighs something.

Or, just changing bullet alloy from whatever they said they used can change the bullet weight several grains either way.

Use that 120 data for the bullet shape you have.

Older 2004 Alliant data lists a 125 LRN and 4.9 Bullseye is Max.
Reduce 10% for the starting load.

Bullseye is an underrated 9mm powder. (Then again, I think Clays is too, and lots of people wont' touch Clays in 9mm.) You should be able to go as low as 3.8 under those bullets and have everything run right. Less than that and function starts to suffer for me.

Personally I believe is a bit too fast burning for use with lead bullets. When OI shot lead bullets in 9mm it was the 147 gr, with 3.3 to 3.5 gr. W-231 for ca 900fps without any leading. I have not been able to use lighter lead bullets without exoeriencing leading.

I did load development with Bullseys and 125 gr LRN cast bullets. Below is the chronographed results. I was not looking for anything but an accurate load that functioned the pistol. 3.5 grains bullseye would not function, but I got reliable function and good accuracy at 4.0 grains.
