My son came to visit the other day alone with his gift from his girlfriend (bushmaster carbon15) and he was showing me a problem he's having. The problem is when ever he inserts a loaded Pmag into the well, he's not able to pull the bolt back and the same with an unloaded PMAG, now if he inserts a loaded steel mag, he has the same problem, however if he inserts an unloaded steel mag he can pull the charging handle all the way. In order for him to shoot the rifle he had to remove the mag (either one) and lock the bolt to the rear, insert the mag and release the bolt. I just don't know what the problem could be. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
