I have no idea how long it will be before another, or different, motion is filed. It could be months, or it could be by the close of business Tuesday.
On point #2, I'm not so sure. Even if legal fees are awarded, Bushmaster isn't required to make a big public stink to collect them. Depending on the amount, it might be worthwhile in PR terms just to forego them and, if asked about them, release a statement to the effect of "We know that the judge awarded us legal fees, but out of sympathy for the parents of those slain children, we elected not to try to collect them. To do so would have only added insult to injury."
