Bought a used scope/rings/mount for my FAL at a gunshow a while back. Took it down to a friends cabin for a weekend of shooting and after about 120 rounds of surplus .308 my Bushnell Sportview 3-9x40 was dead 
. Called Bushnell a couple days later and they told me they weren't sure if they could repair it for me due to the fact that I was not the original owner. I decided to send it in anyway for a repair/replacement estimate. About 2 weeks after I sent it off I recieved a package from Bushnell. At first I thought they had returned it to me without fixing it (I never recieved any correspondence from them after I sent it). Then I opened it to find A BRAND SPANKIN NEW BUSHNELL BANNER 3-9x40 SCOPE! Never thought that would happen.
