My dad wanted me to mention some great service he got from Bushnell. He sent in a spotting scope for a routine repair, and since it was obsolete, they replaced it with a current model, no charge. He also mentioned to them that his very old, long-out-of-warranty first generation perma-focus binocs had been dropped, and no longer worked with both eyes together, and they told him to send those in and they would do the same for them.
