Well being that Bitterroot Valley Ammo Company manufactures there ammo ever so close to me and is very cheap, I keep catching myself saying hey lets buy a box. Well i hit CTD and nothing but negative reviews... Has anyone here had any good things to say about there ammo? Mainly in .308 30-06 .22?
I would be slightly worried if its marketed for law enforcement and it can't hit the broad side of a barn or even consistently go boom when you pull that trigger. Lemme know what you think.

Haven't heard anything bad about them...OTOH haven't heard great things. From what I gather it makes good plinking/ SHTF ammo but its no match-winner.

I bought a case of 1000 9mm FMJ reloads in '09. Getting to the bottom now because I had to take a year off. I would say about 5% of them do not fire after multiple primer strikes, and about 20% of the brass is unsuitable for reloading due to major cracks. Hopefully they've stepped up their quality control since then. I have a friend who's gone through several cases with no complaints. I'm still satisfied for the price.

Handgun ammo is good for training only. Worked my way through 1k of their 9mm, .40 S&W and 45 ACP last year. 4 or 5 FTF per 100. Extremely cheap bullets, very inaccurate. My Glock 23 would randomly keyhole at 10 yards.

Never tried their rifle ammo. I personally wouldn't risk it.

Working through a 500 count case of 40 S&W HP. It was cheap at $120 and accurate enough for me and my sigma. I've had no failures at all with this ammo and would buy another.
