C&R FFL 03 License Experts

I saw an old C&R FFL03 form a few years back - if I recall there was a citizenship cert. from attached to it. Are non US citizens able to get a C&R license? By non US citizens I mean permanent residents (green card holders). Thanks.

I am not 100% sure, but I remember a section of the application that asked if you were a citizen then also a question asking if you had a hunting license if you were not a citizen. That implies to me that if your not a citizen but do have a hunting license that you have a chance.

HOW DO I GET A C&R?


You have to meet some minimum qualifications first:

21 years or more of age;

You cannot be prohibited from shipping, transporting, receiving or possessing firearms or ammunition; (i.e., you are not a convicted felon, also, you have to be a US citizen or permanent resident or have special dispensation)

You have not willfully violated the Gun Control Act (GCA) or its regulations;

You have not willfully failed to disclose material information or willfully made false statements concerning material facts in connection with his application (in other words, you did not lie on your application!)

Or you can get all the info you need from the ATF's website and save your $20 or $50 and just pay the fee.

That FFL kit will not do a damn thing for you except waste your time and money. 90% of the stuff in the kit is already given to you by the ATF. The other 10% isn't worth the paper I wipe my ass with. There are instructions with the FFL application. A retarded monkey can fill it out properly.

My technical writing professor in college said all the government forms are written so that someone with a 6th grade reading level can properly fill them out. He did that for over 15 years. Just wrote government forms.
