Can anyone help me get in touch with Iron Sight Incorporated / Mike Sexton in Tulsa?

I called Mike Sexton, owner of Iron Sight Incorporated in early July and he said that the repair time for my Redfield scope would probably be 8 weeks with an absolute maximum of 12. He was very pleasant to deal with. I asked about using the scope on an in-line black powder rifle and asked if this old scope could stand the extra kick of a back power gun. He said it could take the extra shock of black powder.

Then Mike said the company had loaners and would lend me a scope if I put that request in a letter when I shipped the scope. I promptly packed up the scope, wrote a check for the agreed amount and sent a letter that requested a loaner. The check was cashed. Records confirm the company received the scope on July 15.

In September I began calling the company – I hadn’t received any communication and I had not received the loaner scope. I left multiple voice messages to the effect that I wanted to make sure a loaner scope had not been lost in shipping and I’d like to know the status. I placed additional calls in October. None of my calls were returned. So much for black powder season and using that scope on the new rifle.

In November, I ran additional internet searches to see if others had posted anything about Iron Sight or Mike Sexton. I found a forum posting from someone that said he knew Mike Sexton. I emailed that gentleman and he gave me an additional number. I called the number but message said the answering machine is full and the message said to call a different number (the number I’d been calling). I called every couple of days leaving at least three messages on the second number. No response.

On November 28th I sent a letter asking about status.

Today, December 13, I get a voice message from Mike Pointer (sp?) saying they are way behind. He confirms they have my scope. He asks me to call him and he left two phone numbers. Get this - I called both numbers– both are answered with messages that say the voice mail boxes are full. This is just not a company that is customer friendly.

HELP - Does anyone have a direct line or better number for Iron Sight? I’m frankly tired of paying long distance phone charges only to hear that the voice mail box is full. The numbers I have are 918-445-2001 and 918-521-7736.

Thanks in advance for any help.

edited to correct name of company - it is Iron Sight - original posting said Front Sight

Scope arrived Feb 9th.

I can't speak to the quality of the repair, but I can say that these guys are impossible to get in touch with and are no where close on their estimates of when things will be finished.

The numbers listed above were worthless - they are not toll free and every time I called them I got a message that the message box was full.
