Can anyone help me pick some loads that use the same powder?

A buddy and I are getting into reloading. Nothing serious when it comes to accuracy or power.

We'd like to put together some 50-60 grn .223 loads, some 110-150 grn 30-06 loads, 75 grain 6mm rem loads and some 350 grn 45-70 loads.

Is there one power that will satisfy all these cartridges and some recipes to go with it?

Any help or points in the right direction appreciated...

BTW, was thinking IMR 4064

Yeah, IMR 4064 should work for you. My Hornady manual lists loads using it in all 4 of the cartridges you mentioned and with those bullet weights too. It may or may not be the best choice for any of them, but for just starting out and learning the ropes so to speak, it should work okay.
Whenever I'm starting to work up a load for a new rifle cartridge, I look first for a powder that nearly fills the case, or is even slightly compressed once the bullet is seated. But that's just my way of going about it.
Powder is not all that expensive (IMO) when you figure there are 7000 grains in a pound. You might want to experiment to find the perfect powder for each cartridge later on.

IMR 4064 is probably the best powder as far as the number of calibers it's applicable for.

I have to disagree. Powder gets very expensive. Sure 7000 grains in a pound. But when you're loading upwards of 45gr per cartridge this adds up. And God forbid you pay $25 per pound (which appears to be the going rate through the local dealers in my area).

But I digress. Go with IMR 4064. It's easy to find since it's so popular and can be had fairly cheap (gun show in my area has it for $17/lb).

H4895 and Re10x are both good as well. I've been REALLY happy with the performance of 10x in my 223, 308, 30-06, 303R, 7x57, and other chamberings....

My favorite powder for .223, .308 and 7.5 Swiss is H335. Its a fine ball powder, so it meters well. Gives me very uniform velocities.

Hodgdon lists load for .30-06 and 350gr. 45-70.

That's the powder I would use if I were loading .45-70
