Can Hornady Bullet Feeder Dies work with cast and lubed lead bullets?

I wouldn't want to tumble cast and lubed bullets in one of those rotating collators, but would like to just manually load up tubes and use the Hornady bullet feeding dies.

Can they be made to work with cast bullets? I'm guessing the answer is no, or at least not very well.

I use Bayou Bullets 147gr 9mm coated bullets in my ghetto Hornady Lock N Load AP bullet feeder...works great.

Ah, but is that with modified bullet feeder dies or stock out of the box?

Wether you need to modify depends entirely on that particular die and the cast bullets you are using. Some work fine out of the package, some have to be tweaked it appears.

By tweaking, you mean opening up the ID's of one or both collets?
