Can I replace front/adjustable back sights on S&W Mod 60 with low-profile ones?

I have a 3-inch model that comes with adjustable sight set (taller pinned front sight as well as rear adjustable sight).

Is there any after-market parts to make the sights more like "fixed" low-profile ones? Anyone have done that with that or other models?

Cylinder & Slide makes a fixed-for-adjustable sight set, but it does not look much lower than S&W adjustable.

Why do you wish to reduce the accuracy of your revolver?

I am just exploring my options. The adjustable sight looks a bit out of place on a 3" 5-shot J-frame Model 60.
I would be more concerned about snagging it while drawing than the loss of accuracy at the distances involved.

In any case, it would seem that the change could be easily reversible - with pinned front sight and rear sight attached by screws.

The C&S offer nice rear-sight but the front sight requires machining a dovetail into the barrel. They don't have a model for a J-frame anyway.

i dont understand how replacing adjustable sights with fixed sights reduces the accuracy of a firearm?? the only thing lost will be the ability to fine tune the point of aim. what is gained is a more snag free profile and increased durability (arguably) of the rear sight.

i have the same gun and wouldnt mind changing the adjustable sights out for something similar to what c&s offers. i have been looking but havent found anything that would work yet. i will post here if i do find anything...
