I think so. Not sure as I usually leave ar10's alone. Maybe need different buffers? Deosn't hurt to try if you allready have a carbine lower.
But with ar15's the carbine lowers work ok with rifle uppers. Sometimes you may have to use a different buffer to get them perfect.
