There is replacement sights. It a glock 43 rear and a s&w m&p front factory height is rear .250 front is .200 to Chang the 6 o'clock hold you will need .230 front height. I went with a .248 rear and a .210 front to go with a high 6 o'clock hold hope this helps. You can also contact preppersgunshop.com they have a set of meprolight for 89.99.
