I had a dilemma that i wasnt sure how to solve. i wanted to do all of my reloading in my livingroom which has vaulted ceilings, skylights, and a woodburning stove. very comfy room. i couldnt see setting up all that reloading equipment in there though because my wife would complain (justifiably) so i came up with an idea that i have started building. i'm making a 6 foot breakfast bar. it will have three cabinet doors for storage and a mahogany top similar to a bar top. fits perfect in my comfy room. the top will have a piano hinge in the middle so that when i want to reload i can fold the top over and mounted underneath will be my lyman tru line jr press. when i am not working it will look like a normal breakfast bar made from mahogany. i'll get pics when i am done.

have to show you when i'm done. the mahogany that i got for the top (beleive it or not) came from very very old pallets. i got tons of free pallets from an old factory in rochester. i was cutting them up to burn and i noticed that a couple of them were made from mahogany. i carfully dissembled them and put them through a power planer. what i got was like triple A mahohany that has gorgeous golden swirls like i have never seen before. cant wait to get it finished and get the pics for everyone to see. this wood looks like it was made for some multiple thousand dollar gun stock, pristine:)

yeah,,,two weeks. the top is all glued up and sanded. just have to finish the framework and sides, doors, and seal.
