I've got both and lean towards the Glock. It's lighter; the spare magazine is lighter, and it's less drag on the belt. Trigger connector has been replaced with a Glock 3.5 lb unit, which helps me a lot.
However, now I'm considering carrying my Kimber Government model instead; just something about that big heavy bullet appeals to me.
