The great thing about 1911s is how slim they are. A good IWB or pancake holster that hugs the gun to the body and the gun is GONE. Seriously, they hide very nicely.

Crossbreed and bladetech make good IWB rigs.

I have a Milt Sparks VM II and a Galco Royal Guard, which is similar to the Galco Summer Special, except it's made from Horse hide.

Both are extremely comfortable.

Milt Sparks Summer Special II. Brownell's has them IN STOCK, no waiting. I sure like mine for my commander sized 1911. It's now my favorite carry setup.

Milt Sparks VMII as others have said. It's probably the best. I have one for my Glock 19 and my Springfield Champion and they're great. You will be waiting, however, and paying top dollar.
