I receintly ordered some hard cast 320 gr bullets for my 44 mag. When I was setting up my scale I decided to see if they were + or - 320 gr. Well everyone weighed in at 336 gr. They are lubed and have a gas check on them but I don't see that adding 16 grs. Now the question, do I reload for a 320 gr or a 330 gr bullet?

start low and work up as always. You maximum load may be reached sooner using less powder.

Cast bullet weight is usually given as the weight, as thrown from the mold, without lube or gas check, with whatever specific alloy the mold maker chose to use.
The mold maker then says that design is for a 320 grain bullet.
If they used Linotype at the mold makers, and the bullet caster used something softer, it could easily account for that much differance in a 320 grain bullet.
