I know it is hard to read, so what it says is:

Firearms, Bows, and Paintball

All firearms or bows brought in for repair or quotes must be cased and checked in at the Customer Service Desk.

This does not apply to conceal carry permit holders.

Customers must be 18 years of age or older to purchase paintball markers.

Yep, Gander Mountains up here are the same....which is probably the reason I shop there as often as I do.

But that other sign is priceless!

Funny, I went in Gander the other day and saw a similar sign. No mention off CCW though. Just said "FOR YOUR PROTECTION please check all firearms at the service desk."

I was under the impression they were talking specifically about returns or gunsmithing, not ccw, so I kept gettin' it.

The Sportsmans Warehouse in Lewisville, Texas...

asks that all firearms be checked at the front desk. No mention of licensed carriers. I wish they'd build a Gander Mountain in this area (Dallas/Ft. Worth) but the nearest stores are 50 or 60 miles away.
