Guys, I just deleted a couple-three posts. Please read the second post in this thread for the reason.

I believe my post got tossed a couple months ago when this topic came up. I'll be better now.

I suffer from what most might consider an irrational fear of sitting on a public potty. I feel very sorry for you ladies out there.

Anyway, in your quest for the cleanest/most private potty, look in your area for nice places like coffee shops or bookstores. I'd usually visit Barnes & Noble in my two hour break between classes. Empty, clean, spacious stalls, and on my way out, I could grab a copy of American Handgunner.

Stick to trendier, upscale places like that and you should be OK.

must resist...

temptation.... regarding humor.... the fact that I normally can clear a room when going about my bizness, I could just leave guns lying around the place.

Seriously though. I have taken the gun out of the holster and dropped it in my pocket. That way, it is protected and out of the way.

humor not allowed

try the smartcarry holster.....do what you need to w/o removing your gun
hope that was helpful

When pouch carrying, I take off the pouch and either hang it on the coat hook (if there's one) or buckle the pouch and hang it over my shoulder.

When IWB carrying, I keep the gun holstered and tuck both gun and holster inside my pants leg. So as not to let Your Precious come into contact with your unmentionables, lower your underwear only to half mast.

I look for and choose whenever possible handicap stalls, the last stall along the wall, stalls with a baby changing table, and family/parent restrooms.

A S&W 638 Airweight snubby, in pocket holster, simply stays in the pocket of my Cargo shorts/pants.

Simply keep them up by your knees.
