I see a lot of people talk about CDNN but every time I search for there site I get a page of a bunch of accessories, NEVER any guns. Am I just finding the wrong page?

CDNN

You have to download their PDF catalog. Once you do, it will take you at least 15 minutes to review their selection.

Just go back to their site and then click "catalog"

I think firearms are catalog only items.

I haven't ordered any guns from them, but I've ordered accessories, and their service has been very fast. I have no complaints other than wishing they had a retail store, so I could buy directly from them when I'm in Abilene!

So,, are they good people to deal with?
I bought an FN SFS Hi-Power from them. Got excellent personal service on the phone from the salesman and the pistol was delivered very promptly. To say I was happy with it is a gross understatement.

I have since tried to order another pistol from them (which they unfortunately have been out of for a while) and never have any trouble getting through by phone. I always ask for the same salesman and never have to wait more than two minutes to speak to him.

I would deal with them anytime.

They are wonderful to deal with. I buy at least a gun a year from them. So far three of my friends have followed my lead.

Have bought five handguns and at least 40 mags from them. Everything has been done exactly as they say, except one issue and they resovled it immediately and just said, 'Sorry, we have no idea what happened, we sent the right ones this morning," I was like ok, cool before i called they had figured out they sent me the wrong mags and sent the right ones.

I hate to hijack this thread but I called CDNN today. They told me that I have to have a dealer order firearms for me. I couldnt do it myself. I understand it would have to be shipped through a dealer but they made it sound like a dealer would have to place the order also. Can someone explain to order from CDNN?

Call them at 800-588-9500 and ask them to mail you a catalog. I get them all the time.
I have bought several guns from CDNN, using my local sports shop to ship to. Great guns, good prices, good service, zero regrets.
Thats what I expected them to do. The guy that I talked to said a dealer had to place the order for me. Strange.

Haven't bought any firearms from them, but have gotten a ton of accessories.

Only problem I've had was a couple of defective magazines that they replaced without any hassle.

I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.

What I did was call my ffl guy. He called his contact guy at CDNN. My ffl guy call me back and gave me the okay to call CDNN. I call CDNN and request to talk to my ffl guy CDNN contact person whom he just talked to 2 minutes ago and make the order. The order is shipped to my ffl guy and I pick it up in 3 days. CDNN ship priority.

Only problem I've had with CDNN was I bought some "stainless" hex head grip screws for my 1911A1. They were either defective or made from some cheap pot metal as the heads on two of the four broke off when I tried to install them. They refunded my money, but the guy on the phone was pretty rude about it.

My only other complaint is their flat rate shipping. If you just want something small sometimes the shipping costs more than the item you're buying. Of course, if you're placing a large order than it can be a good deal.

One of the best on-line order houses in the business.

I wait until I need 80 bucks worth of stuff before I pay the $10.00 flat rate.

They are top-shelf in service.
