Central Oregon Rifle Smith?

Any recommendations for a good gunsmith in Central Oregon? I inherited a 1903 A3 Springfield that was being turned into a sporter some 40 odd years ago but never got finished. Looking for someone to do a quality job on bluing the bare steel, mounting a front sight, and tapping for a scope mount.
