CFE-223 results in .308?

What are your results? I'm not going for bench rest, but were the results ok?

I have not personally tried it but I talked to a fellow in the Army that was using this powder for 500 yd competition shooting and he was very pleased with the results. He said he was able to get several more shots in between cleanings with this power than the powder he was using previously. After seeing a couple of his targets he convinced me to give it a try.

Cfe-223 in 22-250

Just a short reply to say this powder works exceedling well in the 22-250 using Speer 52 grain HP's.

I have been using CFE223 in my .308 for hunting, I also use it in my 5.56 and my 30-30. I have found it to be a very good powder, a little temperature sensitive and the cases like to be pretty full. My loads vary depending upon the bullet. A hornady 155gr Amax gets 45. grains while a Nosler 125gr Ballistic Tip gets 52.5. I have taken deer around 300 yard with them with perfect shot placement and the deer drop immediately and do not suffer. Sorry I cannot help you with any longer ranges yet.
