Changing cylinders on NAA Black Widow

How easy is it to change the cylinders between .22lr and .22mag on the NAA Black Widow or Mini Master? They say something about a timing problem on the website.

If the cylinder is fitted to the gun, just push the button and remove the pin/cylinder and reverse procedure with the other cylinder. If you're thinkin' of buying another cylinder for it, probably have to be fitted by the factory. The swap caliber guns come with two fitted cylinders.
