Hello,
I have a Crossbreed holster for a Glock 19, Supertuck, that I wore for several years (since 2014). Last year I sold the Glock and bought an M&P 9c 2.0. I also bought a new Crossbreed. After a year I still cannot stand the new holster - it seems to have much stiffer and thicker leather than my old floppy G19 one, even accounting for break in period. I’ve hated wearing the new gun in this holster every day of ownership, and this is affecting my willingness to EDC. The first month I had it it would leave a bruise and welt on my leg where the stiff leather was jamming directly into my thigh, finally I cut it down shorter, and now the stiff leather and barrel somehow find new leg hairs to pinch and yank out constantly. In my G19 holster, my first carry gun, I never had any of these problems.
I recently was able to re-acquire my original g19 holster after it exchanged hands with the gun among people I know.
Am I able to undo the rivets holding my MP9c and g19 shells onto their respective leathers and reinstall on one of the leather backings somehow?
