i have been looking at another shotgun for awhile now and i was looking and found a charles daly and i am just thinking about one. Havnt had any experience with one. I would be using it for turkey and waterfowl and upland game thanks

What's the question?

WHICH one?

CD is a marketing company - they don't make anything, never have - but a century or so ago, their guns were made by some of the best names in the business. Today? Not quite - mostly Turkey - some can be good, others questionable

i have looked at the maxi mag in syn stock i would love one in camouflage tho. I might be just better off with a mossberg or a another remington thanks

Last I heard, they went out of business. I had one of their more recent autoloaders and took it out hunting waterfowl 3 times. In those 3 hunts, I brought home a non operating shotgun. First time the bolt handle sheered off. Second time the white plastic piece in the back of the receiver crumbled and jambed everything up. Third time the bolt handle sheered off. Long story short.....they are junk. They had a great customer service and warranty, just a crappy product.

There are some budget autoloaders that are worth the money. I'd look at a mossbeeg 930 or even an older 1100.
