Hi fellows. I just received my NIB stainless Charter .44spl. Bulldog with 2.5" barrel. For a larger sized pocket gun, it's great. But, the front sight is not. It is stainless and smooth, not even any serrations cut into the ramp. It's pretty difficult for me to pick-up in a hurry. Everything is silver in color.
Does anyone have any recommendations, maybe as to a reliable smithy I could talk to? Maybe serrations (at least), or maybe changing the contour, or even replacing with a fiber optic? Being very smooth, I doubt a dab of model paint would stay on.
Thank you!
Dave
