Cheap 30-06 Ammo

Okay so I was at Wally World last weekend looking at ammo while my wife was doing some shopping. And I noticed that the cheapest non-FMJ ammo they had for my 30-06 was 180gr. Why? It was the same as the other box I own, that is a softpoint Remington catridge but it's only 165gr. I just don't understand how or why that box of 180gr. softpoint was 11 dollars and the box of 165gr. softpoint is 24 dollars.

BTW I'm still searching for cheap non-FMJ ammo. Still haven't found any. :banghead: If you of any website other then Midway USA post them please.

Might want to look here at Outdoor Marksman: http://www.outdoormarksman.com/index.php?cPath=65_63_38 O-M has some excellent deals on ammo especially if you buy in bulk. Look at the "Miwall" brand. It's very good ammo and the Miwall pistol ammo I get from them is every bit as accurate as the name brands.

Like any internet supplier, you have to figure out the best shipping and handling charges to get the best deal. The weight of the order and the UPS "Zone" you are in can make the shipping costs climb.
