are there aftermarket stock/sights that could be added to the K-31 to make a deer rifle??? Just a thought. If it'll shoot 1.5 moa, seems like it would be perfect

Heck, yeah! There are quick-attach "St. Maries" scope mounts available from Brownells ( a couple of varieties,) and "Darrel's" scout scope mount, available from Darrel. I have a Darrel, and it got me hooked on scout scopes. Even without a scope, a K-31 is a fine deer rifle. I hope to use mine on a hog hunt someday.
