All. I am a man of frugal ways. This may seem boastful, but it isn't intended to be! ;)

I have found what I think is the best ever case lube, and you can make it for very little.

Starting with Lee case lube that comes in the toothpaste tube, put the contents of the tube in a small squeeze lever type atomizer bottle, approximately 1.5 cups size. Add 50/50 tap water "Heat" gas treatement to the bottle. Shake well.

Get you a freezer sized ziplock bag. Squirt about 10 squirts of mixture into the freezer bag. Toss in a couple handsful of brass, zip shut, roll it around for a minute or so, empty on an old towel. Add a couple more pumps, and couple more handsfull of brass, and repeat.

Cases come out wet, but dry quickly due to the Heat, leaving behind a perfect lubricant. Won't attract dirt, won't stick in the die, and enough of the mixture gets inside the case necks to eliminate expander ball squeek. Can leave them like this for years, resize, and then tumble for about 15 minutes if you like shiny brass, or fire as is, with lube intact with no adverse effects.

Cost is about $3.50 for 5000 cases or so?

Never stuck a case yet.

I thought heat was just alcohol? Could you not substitute isopropyl 70% rubbing alcohol? I think it's 92 cents for the 'big bottle' at walmart, heat is a little more, but it's whole purpose is to absorb water, mix with gasoline and run through your fuel system without the water freezing up in your fuel tank.

Just a little note, Ethanol is alcohol, does the same thing as heat...but is much much cheaper.

Yes, it is the same stuff. I haven't rried the inexpensive iso, but it should work. I used Heat 'cus I had some in the garage.

Anyways, the stuff works and it is better (IMO) than any storebought brand when used in this fashion.
