Chipmunk stew,fry?

I love to hunt but hate to harvest anything and waste it. I recently learned that where I live, chipmunks are unprotected so was wondering if anyone has eaten them and if squirrel recipes would work for them? Thanx for any info.

I snipe 'em every chance I get. Little rodents have made holes all over the place and attract other critters I'd just as soon not have around. Funny thing is, I've never recovered a body. A few hours after one is popped something makes off with it.

+1 mrbro, they dig everywhere. I did some net research and there are some recipes for them. Hunterdad, they are fun to shoot, good practice for squirrel. W.E.G, have eaten woodchuck, not too bad kinda tasteless but edible, you really need BBQ sauce though !!!
