I just picked up a New BPS with a 20" barrel. It is not threaded and the barrel is sized IC. I believe it is a standard thickness BPS barrel, back bored, etc. I want to sent the barrel off and have it threaded for chokes so it can double as a HD and turkey gun. I would like to have it threaded to accept my Invector Plus chokes since I already have those for my other BPS.

My 2 questions are.........

1. What are my options for having my barrel threaded? Even if they don't do invector plus threads, who does a good job?

2. What thread patterns interchange and what chokes fir what pattern? Is there a cross reference chart that explain it all?

I would suggest you call Carlsons and discuss it with the experts.

http://www.choketube.com/instal.html

They will know more about the cut-off back-bored barrel and what tube threads will work best with it then I do.

And it's hard to beat thier prices & fast service.

i had my valmet threaded for rem chokes, the chokes are every where and very cheap compared to others. eastbank.

had my 930spx done by www.americhoke.com talk to Bob(owner / operator) very knowledgable guy and tell him Justin sent you...

I'm very happy with my choke and porting... Just need to wait for my Tactical Choke to come in...

Is there a cross reference chart somewhere that tells what threads accept what chokes?
