Clays, Videos on Trap, Skeet, Sporting, 5 Stand

Does anyone know any good DVD's on shooting sporting clays and 5 stand? I can shoot trap OK, skeet somewhat less well, and am abysmal at five stand. Was thinking that if someone has put out a good video on the basics covering things like how much lead given certain trajectories, etc. it might be helpful. I've done a few searches but haven't come up with much. If you have a favorite tape or DVD, any suggestions would be appreciated.

Sunrise Productions has some. I've not tried their clays DVDs but I do have their wingshooting DVD with Bruce Scott and Marty Fischer, of Shotgun Journal.

Good info in it, though they do pimp for their sponsors.

Not DVD, but in VHS. The Sporting Clays video by Brilley, with Gil Ash and Jerry Meyer is pretty good. I liked that they add a little "fun" and "southern humor" to the video. They don't show much of the "lead" type shots, but rather the mechanics of the gun mount/shot/follow through. I found this very helpful when I would fall into a slump while shooting sporting clays.

If my scores hit a plateau, I would watch the video again and usually I could find a flaw in my mount/shot.
