Anyone have any tricks for cleaning fiber optic sights? My front is getting pretty grungy and isn't as bright as it used to be.

Wipe it off with a Q-Tip. If that doesn't do it, replace the fiber rod.

A "soft" toothbrush and some non abrasive hand cleaner such as GoJo or similar will likely do the job. Just don't use the stuff with pumice in it for this. You don't want to scratch the surface of the plastic rod.
Before I were to buy the GoJo I'd start with some dish detergent or liquid clothes detergent and see if the toothbrush and one of those does the job. If not you want something with a bit more grease and grunge ability.

You can buff up the sight end with a CD cleaner/fixer kit
other wise some water or degreaser and you should be fine.
