I've been reloading for around 7 months. I use lead bullets and primarily shoot Glocks. I get my bullets from SNS casting, and noticed a coated option for their bullets, as opposed to normal lead bullets (http://www.snscasting.com/new-9mm-115-grain-round-nose-coated-1000ct/). They are currently $1 less per 1k than the uncoated bullets. Are those safe to shoot in a stock Glock barrel? I currently have drop in barrels for my Glocks, but plan to keep adding, so saving the $150 for a barrel on top of the cost of a pistol would be nice.
