I've had several Cold Steel products and have had mostly good experiences with them, but don't have any experience with the Grivory polymer blades.
My questions are: how well do they hold an edge over time, how we'll do they sharpen if they do lose their edge, and how well do they balance compared to a comparable steel knife?
