Reading the stats, I'm dubious. "8% Oleoresin Capsicum, 2% Black Pepper" what the hell? Black pepper is a food product, OC is refined capsaicin, the actual chemical contained in black pepper and other peppers. Why would they mix those? So you can season your steak with it?
The other thing is it's 2,000,000 Scoville. 10% OC at 2,000,000 SHU is generally the stats on most cheap-to-average pepper spray. As a comparison, Fox Labs, the type that's popular with police officers, is 2% at 5,300,000 SHU. While I've not tested the types against each other myself, I'm told the higher SHU leads to a faster effect.
