Sadly that is not an accident, the gun did what the guy made it do. I feel for them all. The parents of the guy should feel the worst for not teaching their child proper firearm handling skills.
I think in situations like this were someone is accidentally killed it should be up to the dead person's family to decide if manslaughter charges get filed instead of a district attorney.
How many people will clean guns with others in the room if the last guy who did it got 20 yrs in prision?
