PAC ...... unfortunately, having saved the whole set - I have just checked and the total is 4.88 Mb!!!! I would be happy to post some but to do all would take forever.

I checked and got a 404 - I wonder if the poor site owner has been hit for bandwidth with us all going to see - or maybe just a site outage of temp nature.

If folks really do want to see these then I might, very short term, try and place them on one of my servers ... but not for long, or I'll have bandwidth quota zapped too - it happens so easily!!
