Coloradans, assemble. OC spray question

Hi all

My first post here. I'm a South African, living in Japan and trying to help outa friend from Colorado. It's a small world after all.
She's in Fort Collins where there've been a number of attacks on women recently. She'd like some training to get proficient with her pepper spray (she's already carrying it, but not confident in her ability to use it).
Can anyone recommend a training provider in that area?

She can find a women's class at Colo State Univ in Ft Collins. Also there is a large campus police station on the north side of CSU at which I believe they offer self defense training.

I wish I could recommend somewhere to train specifically however I can definitely recommend this video by someone VERY knowledgeable on pepper spray. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WQ524S9XvpA I consider him to be a leading expert on this topic. Good luck with finding some local training opportunities for her.

Our training was, aim for the face and eyes, spray, repeat as needed.

Big things to remember is watch the wind and your contact distance as OC is a equal opportunity messerupper...

Then our training consisted of getting sprayed in the face and doing drills till the instructor was satisfied and then being drowned by the hazmat crew.
