I was thinking more unusual colors, such as pink, blue, purple, etc. Was trying to avoid paint or "Vinyl Dye" (don't know if it's still called that) for wear reasons.

Well, Duracoat has a ton of colors, to include some "electric" colors that are definitely something different. I have no experience with it, but those that do seem to like it. Check out http://www.duracoat-firearm-finishes.com/ for a chart that you can click on to see all the colors and camo patterns.

If you have wood stocks, sand them down and go to Home Depot. There are TONS of colors you can get stain in.

Honestly Fletcher, I don't think there are any to be had in fluffy colors. I'm pretty sure they're paint jobs.
